Fried Chicken...... Challenge entry

Hiya peeps

Below you will find a funny but kinda cute image from the delightful Bugaboo and its called "Fried Chicken".
The sentiment, pictured immediately above the image,
is included in the digi (but it is an old image
that I had brought).
Coloured with Graph It Markers, matted
and layered on cardstock brought from
Papermill Direct using dies used from
Spellbinders. The patterned paper and the
trio of stick on pearls are both from
my own stash.

All Dressed Up Blog Challenge Entry...

Hiya peeps

This is a card that I decided to make, using a digi image called "All Dressed Up Christmas" from the fabulous

ALL DRESSED UP (On Etsy)

The actual card measures 17cmx25.2cm.

I decided to colour the delightful digi in using pencil crayons with the "Happy Christmas" on the Christmas Tree, written, using a pen from a set of Artist Pens.

The dies I used are from Spellbinders, Crafters Companion & Tonic Studios. The embellishments, backing papers & cardstock are all from my own stash.

Tiddly Inks Blog Challenge Entry...

This is a card I made earlier today:

Tiddly Inks

Blog Challenge entry where the theme is

Floral's and Plants.

I decided to use the beautiful digi image called

Poppylicious and was a delight to colour using pencil crayons (which are my preferred method at this present time). I then mounted it onto a rounded edge square die cut from Tonic Studios which has a beautiful diamond border & little holes cut out on all four sides. The sentiment was from my own stash.  The actual card is just a simple 15cmx15cm made from 250gsm smooth white cardstock from Papermill Direct

which is my preferred choice of card for

stamping & printing.

Not Just Cards Blog Challenge project (March 2018)

Hiya peeps,

My first sentence must be an apology for not posting since October last year, but Ive been in & out of hospital since just after my last post. Im not going to bore you with all the details, but I will say that my infected leg ulcers are so much better and I am feeling so much better than I have been for a long time.

Down to the latest challenge from Not Just Cards, my project is a version of the popup cards that are so popular.. I used a pre coloured image of a girl with present, (image copyright to PolkaDoodles). The Flowers I glued on using Pinflair glue gel, both, along with the blue backing paper are from my own stock. The cream card that I used for the actual card is from a British company called Papermill Direct.

DT post for Rick St Dennis

Its time today for a new challenge over at

Rick St Dennis Challenge blog #5

where the theme is

"Anything Goes or Clowning Around (use a clown image)"

I used an image called Zombie Clown

to make a wall hanging so my daughter could use it in her bedroom

I first printed the digi on to card instead of my usual paper and

its the texture of that which gives the clown its unusual look.

It was also that I used watercolour pencils to colour him

The outer part of the mdf frame I used an embellishment mousse

from the Nuvo collection by Tonic Studios.  The mousse

I used is a colour called Peony Pink using a natural sponge to

create the rough application.
