Good afternoon peeps,
Yes I am on another Design Team!! This makes number 3 and I never regret applying to join them.
This one is called Crafting Musketeers Challenge Blog and this month's challenge is called:
Christmas in October and you will find numerous photos below to show off what I had made.
I decided to get my embossing folders out & see what I had available to use. I soon found just what I was looking for in the embossing borders that I came across with. These were the Season's Greeting border and the Holly & berries border that I used a few times.
I also used Spellbinders decorative labels to die cut the gold label under the coloured image.
It was only cut with using paper so it was fairly thin. I stuck it down using part of an A4 sheet of sticky foam sheet. This really helped to stabalise the gold paper.
The image I used is from: When The Scrap Hits The Fun & it is coloured with Graph It alchol pens & my trusty Promarkers.
The bow was made from a wired pale gold & red glitter Pointsettia ribbon that I found in with some other Christmas ribbons left over from last year, hidden away under some of my winter clothes!!!! Of all places. I suppose the bag of ribbons were put there as I knew that I would be getting the clothes out as the weather gets cooler.
The finishing touch for this card was the white/clear dazzle in the centre of the bow.
I hope you like this card as much as I do & dont forget to enter the challenge over here
