An 18th Birthday....for an avid or basic gamer

Hiya peeps

A project to share with you today, this is a card I made for my grandsons 18th Birthday.
I made the card a large 9 inch square as I adore him & his brother (15 later this year). I decided I wanted a specific image as he has such an aspect of life. He works part time in a pub, helps out so much at his local Sports clubhouse, Lichfield Cricket & Hockey Club, running the line during the rugby matches, enjoys photography and also goes to college 4 days a week!! Im so proud of both him & his younger brother as neither are slackers/lazy. I used the "Video Game Guy" from Bugaboo of who's digi's I use on a regular basis. The chevron multi coloured patterned paper behind the coloured image is from freebie papers that come with a magazine called Making Cards that I subscribe to. The number 18 are cut using dies from Memory Box and topped with "Opal" coloured Liquid Pearls to give it the beautiful lustre. I layered the black organza with the red "Happy Birthday" ribbon then added the yellow largish star button & the small piece of ivory ribbon (all by Crafty Ribbons). All card, coloured and white (even to print the digi image on) are from a company based in The Lake District, England called Papermill Direct. I use this fab company for so much of my crafting card and paper stash as it offers great customer service, reasonable prices with speedy dispatch.

I wish to enter this card into the following challenges:
