What is going on with blogger???

Hiya peeps,  well Im not happy...

Since the 22nd July (and its the 29th July today) I have not been able to leave any comments or replies to my blog let alone all the blogs that I follow!!!  Im getting so frustrated as it not only means that I cant reply, to thank everyone who has left me such wonderful comments on my blog posts/entries, I cant, also, enter in to any blog giveaway that I may find or I cant compliment any of the beautiful creations that are on & about on blogland...

I anyone else having this problem or can anyone help me as to what I have to do/what have I done to stop these comments showing/actually appearing on peoples/company blogs.

Im so sad as I really do appreciate every single comment/word that I receive, so, for now, Thank you & I sincerely apologise for any distress I may have caused.

Take care peeps and please, keep commenting!!!

In the Summer time..

Morning peeps,

Are you singing along with me??? "In The Summer Time" by ,If I remember right, was sung by Mungo Jerry back in 1970, but of course I may be wrong. By todays standard though its very wrong to "have a drink have a drive" as it states in the lyrics..

My project this week for Crafting Musketeers halfway reminder is a gatefold card using an image by this months sponsor of The Hobby House.  I did buy my own toppers for this challenge but the beach huts are so cute & I can use the rest of the sheet in other card/projects.
The ribbon I used is from The Nautical Collection at Crafty Ribbons.
You can clearly see how I made this card so Im not going to bore you., but, as always, if you do wish to know, then please email me or leave me a comment & I will get back to you asap.

I hope  you have enjoyed my creation this week, and maybe you will see at least one more creation from me before the week is out. ;0

Happy Crafting peeps

My 1st project as a new DT member for.....

Hiya peeps, a gorgeous day ahead for us again, or at least most of us will do.

I'm on a new Design Team!!!!! Oh I'm so pleased to have been asked to join the fabulous
Design Team at Through The Craft Room Door !!!!

My first project for them was made using a beautiful image from the fabulous company
called Fitztown, who incidentally is one of the other DT's that I am honoured to be a member of.

I used Cameo 9 for my easel card. I have previously coloured this lady in beautiful colours of Teal and Purple on separate occasions but this time I wanted a much softer effect so I opted for Peaches & I think, that Ive done a fabulous job of the colouring.. I used a mixture of Graph It markers & Promarkers to colour her, with a touch of Sakura Gelly Roll glitter colour of "clear star".  Die cuts are from the Majestic Element dies from the Nestability range at Spellbinders. The sentiment "To My Wonderful Wife" is a die cut from Tonic Studios.
I hope you all like this creation xx

Fitztown.com, Pick A Holiday Challenge

Good Morning peeps,

A scheduled post by me as the Fitztown Challenged Blog goes live at 12 Midnight EST, which, according to the World Time Zone is 5 hours behind us in Summer... so it should be 5am when this was posted!   A long way to say Welcome to Fitztown Challenge Blog....

This challenge is all about "Pick A Holiday" and when I had the choice of all the wonderful, fantastically drawn artistry I had to go with a Christmas theme as its the nearest holiday for us here in the UK... Im not going to say how many days are left before the big day, I just dont want to really think about the big day yet as Ive still got my own birthday next month & loads of family & dear friends birthdays yet let alone Christmas... but needs must... and I am extremely pleased with my finished project, A Decorated Gift Bag for a Christmas present for a special person,

Recipe:

Winter 4 & Winter 5 images from the Winter collection over at Fitztown where you will find cheap but beautiful images
Brown or White Paper Bag (any size & with or without handles)
1 x A4 sheet of acetate cut to bag size (with or without snow effect)
Assorted off cuts of sparkly ribbons
Red Merry Christmas on light grey grosgrain ribbon
Singing Penguins or extra wide similar ribbon
Backing paper to match/coordinate with the chosen image(s)
Alcohol pens (Promarker/Flexmarker/Graph It/Copic etc)
Sakura Gelly Roll Glitter pens (for the Christmas Tree decorations)
Ultra strong double sided tape to secure the acetate
Wet glue (silicone is best) to secure ribbon curls & the images

I hope you like the finished result!!  If I had extra time I would of made a matching gift tag & Christmas time but Im busy with commission orders at the moment....

For this challenge, you have until Sunday, July 20th, midnight EST USA. Winner and TOP 3 will be announced Sunday, July 27th.
